GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
Participants planning to present an oral or poster presentation are encouraged to submit their abstracts in an MS Word document. You are welcome to utilize our on-line submission form.
If you are unable to access or use the on-line form, you may submit the abstract by sending an email to email@example.com with the abstract(s) as an attached MS Word file. Abstracts in an email body text or faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
For oral or poster presentations, please submit abstracts not exceeding 250 words (excluding title, authors and address) before 1 December 2015. Submitted abstracts will be subject to acceptance by the Scientific Committee. Abstracts not accepted for oral presentations may still be considered for a poster. Authors will be advised of the decision of the Committee during December 2015. At least one author of a submitted abstract should be registered before the abstract can be included in the programme (29 February 2016).
Abstracts should be typed in Arial, single spacing in A4 format. The Title should be 14-point bold, centred, in capitals with no full stop. Skip one line 14-pt between Title and by-line containing name of authors. Authors to be centred, and bold. Please give full postal addresses of all authors and e-mail address of corresponding author. Skip a line before the text of the abstract. (This portion should not exceed 250 words.)
The inclusion of the abstract in the Programme and Abstract Book will be subject to proof of registration and payment by 29 February 2016
